Education and Experience Requirements:

Position Purpose: The Retention Marketing Sr. Specialist serves as a marketing consultant, concentrating on supporting customer engagement and retention initiatives. Collaborating with Customer Support partners and internal marketing teams, the Sr. Specialist develops targeted marketing campaigns, initiatives, and tools to drive customer retention and engagement. This role also plays a key role in content planning and distribution to worldwide operators.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Seek and coordinate opportunities for the development and maintenance of strong partner and colleague relationships.
- Work closely with Customer Support partners to identify retention and engagement opportunities and recommend marketing tools.
- Develop strategies targeting various audiences, providing leadership to projects, including timelines, budgets, production, and analytics.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop project briefs and serve as the lead for the duration of projects.
- Partner with internal marketing project management, creative, and production teams to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Support the brand vision set by Marketing leadership and reinforce the vision in the review of creative developed by design and copy teams.
Additional Functions:
- Anticipated travel outside of Savannah is less than 10%.
- Strong problem-solving and initiative-taking skills.
- Trustworthy with a can-do attitude, adaptability, and flexibility.
- Gulfstream Customer Support technical or account management experience.
- Experience with Marketing and CRM tools, such as Marketo, Salesforce, Workfront, Microsoft Suite (including Teams), etc.
