Who You Are

 

A talented, strategic, and hands-on Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing who will lead ClearStar’s sales and marketing initiatives while building a world-class team.

 

You take pride in leading and managing sales and business development operations, including market competitiveness analysis, pricing, sales incentive plans, and distribution and channel strategy. You have driven sales growth and profitability through your executive leadership of in-bound and out-bound marketing activities across multiple channels worldwide.

 

Thinking strategically, you align marketing campaigns and methods to support sales growth and broader business objectives. You implement relentlessly with a process mindset to set clear goals that determine a tactical approach to market penetration and customer acquisition, achieve revenue and growth objectives, maintain key client relationships, and manage partnerships that enhance ClearStar’s market position.

 

You ensure cohesive relationships between sales and marketing teams and foster a collaborative environment across the organization. Your ability to develop talent through training, mentoring and leadership ensures an agile team that can quickly adapt to a changing marketplace.

 

This role reports directly to the CEO and leads the Sales and Marketing teams.

 

What You Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent of 10+ years of SaaS sales and marketing experience, industry specific and solution experience strongly desired
  • Growth mindset with a sales-oriented approach that is comfortable in a metrics driven, highly accountable, organization whose main goal is to increase revenue
  • Stewardship of key client relationships through participation in high-level sales discussions, negotiating contracts, and managing partnerships that influence the company’s market position.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate teams, drive strategic initiatives, and drive a high level of collaboration and performance across departments and job levels, both internally and externally
  • Ability to develop strategic plans that integrate sales and marketing efforts to drive growth and revenue and can adjust strategies in response to the market, competitive pressures and internal feedback. Highly effective in analyzing market trends, sales results, and marketing performance to refine strategies and gauge the effectiveness of data-driven decisions.

What You Will Get

The salary range for the Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing role is commensurate with a mid-career sales leader and includes a base salary and bonus. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for excellent benefits which includes paid healthcare and life insurance premiums, low-cost dental and vision insurance, employee assistance program, 401K matching up to 4%, quarterly and annual bonuses, flexible time off, 8 company paid holidays, and 2 additional days of paid time off for volunteer activities.
