Its post-trade solutions offering helps market participants control their counterparty and regulatory risks through a growing range of tools that manage balance-sheet exposure, as well as compression and optimisation services. The Data & Analytics division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information and Burton-Taylor Consulting.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, resourceful, and strategic Product Marketing Manager with 5-7 years of direct experience to join our growing team at Parameta Solutions.
This role will be key in driving our go-to-market efforts and delivering campaigns for the buy-side audience. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with multiple teams to bring our OTC market data solutions to life, ensuring that our value proposition resonates with clients and prospects. This hybrid role requires agility, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the development and execution of product marketing plans, positioning, and messaging that effectively communicate the value of Parameta’s OTC market data to buy-side clients, including asset managers, hedge funds, and institutional investors.
  • Campaign Management: Design and execute marketing campaigns targeting the buy-side audience, utilizing a variety of channels, including digital marketing, events, and content creation. Ensure campaigns increase market awareness and drive lead generation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, product, and client success teams to develop tailored marketing content, collateral, and campaigns. Act as a resourceful problem solver, translating complex product features into clear, compelling benefits for the target audience.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Plan and coordinate key industry events, including trade show participation, regional client events, and virtual webinars. Ensure Parameta’s presence at these events supports strategic goals and generates strong ROI.
  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and ensure the product’s positioning remains competitive and relevant in the market.
  • Lead with Influence: Be an influential voice in the commercial organization, driving alignment and support for marketing initiatives. Balance autonomy with collaboration, leveraging relationships across teams to achieve results.

Experience / Competences

  • Product Marketing Expertise: Strong experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for data products. Ability to craft compelling marketing content and campaigns targeting the buy-side audience (asset managers, hedge funds, institutional investors).
  • Campaign Management: Proven ability to design and execute successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital marketing, content creation, events) that successfully generate leads.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working closely with sales, product, and client success teams to create tailored marketing content and strategies. Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling benefits for clients.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Ability to conduct market research, understand industry trends, and use insights to inform marketing strategies. Competence in tracking competitor activity and adjusting product positioning accordingly.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Strong experience in planning and coordinating industry events (trade shows, client events, webinars). Ability to drive ROI from events and ensure they align with strategic marketing goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver compelling messages and content.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Comfortable with both autonomy and teamwork in a dynamic setting.
  • Experience in Financial Services/Data Industry: At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the financial services or data industry.
