Main Responsibilities
- Promote collaboration between the marketing team and other departments, fostering an environment where creative ideas can be shared and integrated into broader business strategies.
- Coordinate campaigns that bridge the gap between digital marketing and physical retail, if applicable.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content across various channels, ensuring it aligns with the brand and resonates with the audience.
- Implement strategies that evoke positive emotions and resonate with the values of the target market.
- Collaborate closely with product development teams to align marketing strategies with product launches, ensuring effective go-to-market plans and driving product awareness and sales.
- Oversee P+L. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and measuring the ROI of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics and performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry influencers, anglers and hunting professionals, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners to amplify brand reach and generate positive brand exposure.
Essential Qualifications
- 15+ years leading Multi-Channel Ecommerce/Digital Marketing teams in the Apparel Industry.
- Shopify platform experience preferred.
- Ability to Collaborate and be a strong connector in the organization. Lead cross functional teams.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data and present across the organization.
- Ability to stay up to date and understand current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices, focusing on the end customer experience.
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills with a focus on detail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to identify talent, motivate teams, and drive results.
- Balance of strategic and creative thinking with an entrepreneur spirit.
