Each Product Marketing Manager (PMM) owns a key user segment and/or product category and is responsible for the health, adoption, and growth of that user base. PMMs establish and disseminate the commercial narrative of our products, working closely with and acting as an expert translation layer between our client management, business development, and product management teams.

  • Own product marketing content within the product catalog. Create and maintain product positioning, messaging, and rollout playbook content within our centralized internal knowledge base for client and BD teams.
  • Support the BD and Client Management teams. In addition to owning a user segment, each PMM is also aligned to a geographic region.
