We are seeking a multifaceted, hands-on Web Marketing Specialist role to join the Arm’s Marketing organization. The Marketing Specialist will play a significant role in optimizing our online presence, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. The individual will collaborate with various partners to drive and implement web initiatives in alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities include defining and building quality web journeys, driving key projects, providing analytics reports with recommendations and implementing SEO standard processes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to define audience goals, user journeys, and information architecture to build outstanding web experiences.
  • Build and update web pages within our content management system, ensuring pages are adaptable, are of high quality, and adheres to brand standards.
  • Manage delivery of web projects including product and campaign launches and implementation of new features or functionality.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis using analytics tools, demonstrating data to make recommendations and find opportunities for a/b testing.
  • Work with the search team and content creators to develop and implement SEO strategies and best practices.
  • Stay current with new industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
  • Help ensure projects are executed efficiently, and on-schedule.
  • Contribute to other web projects and initiatives as deemed vital.
  • Conduct research and website surveys when required.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Hands on experience in in HTML, CSS, and Content Management Systems.
  • Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and ability to implement SEO best practices.
  • Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Target and using data to drive insights and action.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and standard processes.
  • Strong self-motivation, team oriented, and the ability to drive initiatives under minimal direction.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A/B testing experience.
  • Strong desire to learn collaborate with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to supervise and lead multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Web Accessibility standards.
  • Familiarity with UX principles

Salary Range : From $106,675 To $138,050
