As a Marketer:
- You need to write even when no one is reading.
- You need to send DMs even when the answer is “No.”
- You need to remove friction even when no one asked for it.
- You need to prevent problems before customers notice them.
- You need to sell even if your role is “marketing.”
- You need to do unscalable things even when the goal is scale.
- You need to help prospects even when they don’t buy.
- You need to listen to customers even when they’re not speaking.
- You need to measure results even when they don’t look good.
- You need to tell the same story even when you’re tired of it.
- You need to keep experimenting even when campaigns are working.
- You need to show up every day even when motivation is low.
- You need to build trust even when there’s no immediate ROI.
- You need to test new ideas even when old ones still work.
- You need to understand the product deeply(at what circumstances they need it), not just promote it.
- You need to know your numbers even if you prefer creativity.
- You need to adapt fast even when change feels uncomfortable.
- You need to know that everything is figureoutable through action, not words
- You need to play the long game even when short wins tempt you.
