Jensen never actually finished his business plan. He tried reading Gordon Bell’s book “How to Start a High-Tech Company” but stopped after a few chapters.
He realized that if he spent all his time planning, they would run out of time and money.
Instead, he focused on execution — getting the company incorporated and talking to investors.
That’s how he went from 0 to 1. Only execution creates momentum — not endless planning or hoping for ideal conditions in your mind.
Jensen Huang in his own words:- “I went to Borders and got Gordon Bell’s book, How to Start a High-Tech Company. It’s like this thick. If I would have read the whole thing, I would have been dead now. We would have run out of money, ran out of time. And so I read the first three or four chapters and I, you know, I got to go to work.”
