The European Union has a marketing problem.
It continues to act as if nothing has changed, ignoring realities such as declining birthrates, poor customer service, entrepreneurs leaving the EU, Online entrepreneurs registering companies elsewhere, weak immigration policies, and interference in other nations.
To shape a better future, the EU must turn its focus inward.
Why is this a marketing problem?
Marketing is about uncovering and confronting the truth. Without facing the truth, nothing changes.
The truths the EU needs to confront:
It has forgotten its original purpose.
It has lost touch with what is really happening in the world.
Once-powerful industries are losing ground at staggering rates.
Businesses are burdened with endless red tape in registration and taxation.
It favors century-old corporations over new startups.
Constantly producing new laws only makes an already complex system even more tangled. (Exit tax system is ridiculous)
- No clear immigration policy to attract global talents
It lacks a clear vision and strategy for the real future, focusing instead on imaginary ones.
