We are seeking a highly organized and motivated marketer. In this role, you’ll work across diverse marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring efficient coordination and execution of our strategies to drive growth and enhance our brand presence.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Coordinate and execute marketing strategies under the guidance of the marketing lead, aligning with Italic’s premium brand positioning.
- Assist in developing and managing marketing budgets, focusing on maximizing ROI for our DTC model.
- Support the creation and implementation of marketing plans for new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Project Coordination
- Manage marketing projects across various channels, including social media, email, and our e-commerce platform, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Support the development and execution of marketing materials and campaigns (digital, print, and event-based) to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with our product team to accurately represent our high-quality, designer-quality goods in marketing efforts.
Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor, track, and analyze marketing performance data, generating reports on key metrics such as customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and conversion rates.
- Support market research efforts, including trend analysis and competitive intelligence within the DTC and luxury goods space.
- Use data-driven insights to inform and optimize our marketing strategies.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Assist in planning and managing events, including virtual and live events, webinars, and potential pop-up shops.
- Liaise with manufacturing partners to gather product information for marketing use.
Requirements:
Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in e-commerce or DTC brands.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software (CRM tools, analytics platforms, Google AdWords, Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms).
- Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
Soft Skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to craft compelling narratives around luxury products.
- Keen eye for design and aesthetics, aligning with Italic’s premium brand image.
