By accessing or using our website, services, job board, and employer tools (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

digitalmarketingjobs.org provides an online platform connecting digital marketing professionals with hiring companies, agencies, and recruiters. We enable employers to publish job listings, receive applications, and manage hiring pipelines, and allow job seekers to browse openings and submit applications.

3. Employer Postings & Listing Management

Employers are responsible for ensuring that all job postings are accurate, legitimate, and comply with all applicable employment and labor laws.

Employers may edit job details, update descriptions, or close and reopen active job listings at any time through their Employer Dashboard or directly via the job view page.

Standard Job postings remain active for 30 calendar days from the date of publication. Featured Job postings receive 14 days of top pinned featured placement, after which they remain active as a Standard Job for the remaining 16 days (30 days total).

4. Free Job Posting with Backlink Program

We offer a community partnership option allowing employers to publish a free 30-day job posting in exchange for a backlink to digitalmarketingjobs.org on their company website:

1 Free Job Listing: Limited to 1 free job listing per company.
Genuine Opportunities: The listing must represent an authentic, open employment opportunity.
Company Website Required: The backlink must be hosted on an active, official company domain (e.g., careers page, blog, or resource hub).
Reciprocal Link: A backlink to the employer's company website is included on the company profile and job listing.
Quality Compliance: Submissions are subject to our standard quality guidelines and editorial moderation before being published within 24 hours.

5. Subscriptions, Pricing & Payment Terms

Payments on digitalmarketingjobs.org are processed securely through our authorized merchant of record, Dodo Payments.

Single Postings: Standard Job ($99 launch price; regular catalog price $199) and Featured Job ($198 launch price; regular catalog price $348) are billed as one-time, non-recurring transactions for a 30-day live listing. Single-post employers manage their active listings directly through their job view page.
Monthly Subscription ($499/month Launch Rate): Includes 10 Standard Job credits per monthly billing cycle, full Employer Dashboard and job listing management, dedicated Company Profile, and Featured upgrades available at $99 per job (regular catalog price $149). The $499/month promotional launch pricing is guaranteed for your first 12 consecutive monthly billing cycles (1 full year). Commencing on billing cycle 13, your subscription will automatically renew at our standard catalog rate of $599/month using the saved payment method on file, unless canceled prior to the renewal date. If all 10 credits are used within a cycle, employers can post additional jobs at our single-post rate ($99 Standard / $198 Featured).
Enterprise Plan ($4,599/year Launch Rate): Includes unlimited Standard Job postings throughout the annual billing period, placement in the Homepage Featured Companies showcase, full Employer Dashboard and job listing management, dedicated Company Profile, Featured upgrades available at $99 per job (regular catalog price $149), and dedicated Employer support. The $4,599/year promotional launch rate applies to your initial 12-month commitment period and renews at our standard catalog rate of $5,999/year for subsequent annual cycles unless canceled.
Promotional Pricing & Notice of Renewal Adjustments: Introductory launch prices are valid for the initial period specified above. Customers will receive advance email notification prior to any scheduled price adjustment. Subscriptions maintain the same account identifier and payment mandate without requiring manual re-entry of card details.
Cancellation & Grace Period: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly inside your Employer Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew, but you retain 100% full access to your Employer Dashboard, job listing management tools, and remaining job posting allowances until the final day of your current prepaid billing cycle. Canceling a promotional subscription and re-subscribing at a later date will be subject to the prevailing catalog rate.
Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable value-added taxes (VAT), sales taxes, or GST, which will be calculated and collected at checkout where required by law.

6. Prohibited Content & Job Moderation

We maintain high editorial standards for our job board. We strictly prohibit postings that:

Promote multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, or pay-to-work opportunities.
Contain misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive job descriptions.
Violate equal employment opportunity or anti-discrimination regulations.
Involve unpaid work disguised as full-time employment without fair compensation.
Distribute malware, spam, or solicit personal financial information.

We reserve the right to remove any posting violating these guidelines without prior notice.

7. Candidate Applications & Privacy

Job seekers may submit resumes, cover letters, and contact details directly through our platform. Employers agree to use candidate information solely for the purpose of evaluating candidates for genuine employment openings and must not sell or distribute candidate data to third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

digitalmarketingjobs.org provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to connect employers with top marketing talent, we do not guarantee specific applicant volume, candidate qualifications, or hiring outcomes. In no event shall digitalmarketingjobs.org or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
