  • Usage & Device Data: IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, referring URLs, and interaction data collected via standard web server logs and cookies.

3. Payment Information & Dodo Payments

All payment transactions (for Standard Jobs, Featured Jobs, Monthly Subscriptions, and the Enterprise Plan) are processed by our secure Merchant of Record and payment provider, Dodo Payments.

We do not store or process your complete credit card numbers, CVVs, or sensitive banking details on our servers. Dodo Payments handles and encrypts payment credentials in accordance with PCI-DSS Level 1 security compliance standards.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following legitimate purposes:

  • To publish and display employer job listings across our website and search feeds.
  • To deliver job applications securely to the designated employer.
  • To process payments and manage employer subscription cycles.
  • To maintain website security, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to data brokers or third-party marketers. We only share information with:

  • Prospective Employers: When a candidate applies to a job posting, their submitted application materials are made accessible to that hiring company.
  • Service Providers: Trusted cloud hosting infrastructure (e.g. Supabase, Vercel) and payment processors (Dodo Payments) operating under strict data protection agreements.
  • Legal Authorities: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and user safety.
