Cotton & Company is looking for a highly organized, curious, and ambitious Junior Account Executive / Marketing Coordinator to support integrated marketing programs for leading luxury real estate developments, residential communities, private clubs, resorts, and lifestyle brands.

This is an early-career account service role with meaningful responsibility from day one. You will help keep client programs organized, on strategy, on brand, on schedule, and on budget while developing the skills to grow into an Account Executive position.
What You'll Do
- Support Account Executives and Marketing Managers in the day-to-day management of assigned client accounts.
- Maintain project schedules, campaign calendars, meeting notes, budgets, status reports, and client deliverables.
- Prepare for client meetings, organize materials, document decisions, and track follow-up items.
- Coordinate work across strategy, creative, content, digital media, social media, website, and production teams.
- Help execute integrated campaigns and coordinate content across paid media, social media, email, websites, search, print, and events.
- Review deliverables for accuracy, brand consistency, proper links, and alignment with approved strategy.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, sales teams, and project partners to gather information and keep work moving.
- Monitor campaign activity, audience engagement, lead performance, search behavior, and competitive marketing.
- Assist with reporting and research buyer audiences, competitors, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Use approved AI-supported tools responsibly for research, planning, content development, quality control, and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, public relations, or a related field preferred; comparable experience will also be considered.
- Approximately one year of relevant professional, internship, freelance, or campus-based marketing experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines.
- Familiarity with productivity tools, social platforms, content-management systems, digital advertising, email marketing, analytics, or project-management software is helpful.
- Experience with luxury brands or real estate is a plus, but not required. Why Cotton & Company?
