About the Role

Senior Marketing ManagerLocation: Nashville, TN or Remote

Brands: Jet, Powermatic, Wilton, Edwards, Baileigh, Axiom

At JPW Industries, we don't just build products, we build careers. Own the campaigns that turn demand into revenue for the tools professionals trust.** This is a builder's seat. You will design and run the channel strategies and integrated campaigns that put JPW's industrial tools in front of the right end users, generate qualified pipeline, and help our sales teams close it. If you are data-driven, restless about results, and energized by moving fast across a lot of moving parts, you will thrive here.

JPW Industries is a roughly $300M leader in woodworking and metalworking machinery and tools, home to Jet, Powermatic, Wilton, Edwards, Baileigh, and Axiom. Our brands are trusted in workshops and on shop floors across the country. You will help extend that leadership by connecting our products to the professionals who depend on them every day, across distributors, direct channels, and the field.

What You Will Own

You will own the marketing engine that drives growth in our highest-value end-user segments:

  • The channel-specific marketing strategy that targets high-value segments through distributors, direct channels, and field initiatives.
  • Integrated, multi-channel campaigns from concept to launch to measurement, tied directly to revenue and margin goals.
  • The performance story: the KPIs, the ROI, and the recommendations that decide where the next marketing dollar goes.
  • The cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Product, Service, and the RAM Team that turn strategy into field-ready execution.

Your First Year: What Success Looks Like

  • You have launched integrated campaigns across at least two priority end-user segments and can show the qualified leads and pipeline they generated.
  • Sales sees Marketing as a growth partner, with messaging, tools, and assets aligned to their priorities and margin goals.
  • You have a clear, trusted reporting rhythm that ties campaign KPIs and SBU-level performance to ROI, with optimizations already made based on the data.
  • You have built strong working relationships with our external agencies and are measurably getting more impact out of every marketing investment.

How You'll Spend Your Time

Drive Revenue Through Channel-Specific Strategy

  • Develop and execute marketing plans that target high-value end-user segments through distributors, direct channels, and field initiatives.
  • Align marketing activities with sales priorities to hit revenue and margin goals.

Build and Optimize Integrated Campaigns

  • Design and deliver multi-channel campaigns spanning digital advertising, email, promotions, social media, content, trade shows, and distributor programs to generate demand and brand awareness.
  • Keep messaging aligned across every touchpoint for a consistent brand experience.

Turn Data Into Decisions and Partnerships Into Results

  • Track and analyze campaign KPIs, SBU-level sales performance, and customer-level metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
  • Report on performance, insights, and ROI, and recommend optimizations based on what the data shows.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Management, Service, and the RAM Team to deliver targeted tools, assets, and programs for field execution.
  • Work closely with external agencies to maximize the impact of marketing investments.

What You Will Bring: Expertise. Knowledge. Drive.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with an emphasis on demand generation and revenue accountability.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar.
  • Analytical Ability: Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use it to drive decisions and strategy.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with industrial, manufacturing, or tools markets is strongly preferred.
  • Communication: Clear, concise, and persuasive in both written and verbal communication.
  • Work Setup and Travel: This is a hybrid role based in Nashville, TN, with regular time in the office. Occasional travel is expected for trade shows, distributor programs, and field initiatives. Working extended or flexible hours may be requested occasionally.

How You Will Show Up: Our "We Are One" Values

How you work matters as much as what you deliver. Our team lives these values every day:

  • Accountability (We Keep Score & Play to Win): You take extreme ownership of outcomes and hold yourself to the number.
  • Problem Solving & Innovation (We Believe in Innovation): You tackle challenges with creativity and a solutions-first mindset.
  • Communication & Integrity (We Act with Integrity): You are clear, honest, and persuasive, and you do what you say.
  • Decision Making (We Think Customer First): You use data and the customer's needs to guide strategy and prioritize the work.
  • Agility & Resilience (We Keep Score & Play to Win): You thrive in change and adapt quickly as priorities evolve.
  • Collaboration & Inclusion (We Win as a Team): You partner across Sales, Product, Service, and agencies to get the win together.
