Social Media and Content Coordinator

This role focuses on supporting the day-to-day execution of Jack’s Flight Club’s social presence, combining content creation with active community engagement. You’ll help plan, create, and publish content across platforms, while also managing conversations with our audience in real time.

Working closely with the Social Media Manager and our part-time Social Media and Content Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of social strategy and campaigns — helping bring ideas to life through consistent execution, strong organisation, and a clear understanding of what resonates with our audience.

You’ll play an important role in bringing our brand to life through social, balancing creativity with organisation to ensure content is delivered consistently, campaigns run smoothly, and our community feels engaged, heard, and valued.

Purpose

To support the growth and engagement of Jack’s Flight Club’s online community through content execution, UGC coordination, and real-time community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and publish consistent content across social platforms
  • Create short-form and platform-native content (Reels, TikToks, carousels, etc.)
  • Bring our social voice to life by engaging personally or as the brand across comments, DMs, and community moments
  • Monitor sentiment and flag trends, opportunities, or issues
  • Find clever, brand-aligned ways to show Jack’s Flight Club is an active community of engaged travellers
  • Share insights on what’s resonating with the community and help inform content and campaigns
  • Support the Social Media Manager in executing social strategy, campaigns, and content plans
  • Support the planning, execution, and distribution of social campaigns and partnerships with the brand and marketing teams, including the ambassador programme, influencer collaborations, and brand campaigns.

About You

You’re a community-driven storyteller who thrives on internet culture, social trends, and content that sparks interaction. If you’re not already a Jack’s Flight Club member, you should be into travel and the experiences it can deliver. You enjoy testing new ideas, talking to audiences, and creating viral moments – and you’re just as comfortable jumping into the comments as you are in front of the camera. Whether you’re filming a quick TikTok, presenting to camera for a Reel, or reacting to a flight we’ve found, you’re not camera-shy and you bring energy and personality to everything you create. You are also highly organized and creative, with an ability to embody the brand in every communication and touchpoint.

Experience and Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in social media or content-focused roles creating content with purpose
  • Comfortable with UGC, trends, and short-form storytelling — including presenting and appearing on camera as the face of the brand across TikTok, Reels, and similar platforms
  • Confident using Brandwatch (or similar), Canva, CapCut, and native analytics for creation, editing, scheduling and analyzing content
  • Strong copywriting instincts and ability to embody a brand voice
  • Familiar with engagement and growth metrics
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills, able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent content output
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and translate them into effective, platform-native content
  • Bonus: experience with influencer coordination or ambassador projects, working across multiple markets (particularly US, Canada and UK), languages
  • Although we have team members all over the world, English is our primary language for marketing, so you must have fluent conversational and written English language skills.
